Amy and her cleaning crew has been working for me for a long time - many years, and, from day one, I liked and respected her.

I have had other cleaning people who started out doing a great job but then, as time went on, the quality of their work went down. Telling them made no difference until out of frustration from a job poorly done, I would fire them.
